West Steamboat Neighborhoods | Located 2.5 miles west of Bud Werner Library, this large acreage parcel intends to bring a variety of housing options focused on locals living. Overlook Steamboat | The recently purchased parcel near and west of the airport is a fully approved for a 140-lot, 70-acre residential subdivision and has the potential to take some of the pressure off of the community's super tight housing market. Initially, the developer mentioned selling the lots for under $200k, but there might be future plans for building some spec homes. This parcel could also include other opportunities, such as an "Airpark" residential subdivision where private airplane owners could land, park and fly out of their front door.
