Angela showed up at my Steamboat home with a paper writing pad and an electric writing pad. She did not drop a huge pile of marketing material on my table and proceed to sell herself. We came up with the same number to meet my objective of a swift sale and not a gouging exercise. My house sold in 7 days. We closed in short order (2 weeks I recall) for cash buyer.
