Angela was introduced to me through a colleague in her NextHome business group who I used to buy my new home in another state.
Angela showed up at my Steamboat home with a paper writing pad and an electric writing pad. She did not drop a huge pile of marketing material on my table and proceed to sell herself. She walked my home with me discussing how to go about my sale and ascertaining what my objectives were. We each generated a sale price based on market data - hers better than mine. We came up with the same number to meet my objective of a swift sale and not a gouging exercise. My house sold in 7 days. We closed in short order (2 weeks I recall) for cash buyer. Angela organized a great plumber to fix two issues to meet closing - same day service which is normally impossible in Steamboat Springs (think 2 months).
Could I have asked for a higher sale price - yes, would I have gotten it - probably no. Would my house have been on the market a lot longer than I desired - yes. Right price - fast sale, Angela got the job done.

We first met Angela in the Fall of 2019 upon the recommendation of an excellent real estate agent we had worked with in Denver. We were not disappointed. Unfortunately that was not the way of things! The inspection revealed a significant hidden problem! That was when we saw Angela at her committed best. We had already moved back to Florida so our only eyes and ears were Angela back in Colorado. She worked directly with the HOA to determine responsibility for repairs; got a contractor to do some of the work and still kept the buyers informed and committed to the purchase. Eventually all was settled and the sale was completed. Even then she surprised us by, on her own initiative, mailing to us a pair of paintings that we had mistakenly left behind in the house. In short if you want a realtor who will not only do the basics well but who will also be your true partner in the whole sale then you could not ask for better than Angela.
